What is ShineWpride?
ShineWpride is an online store offering LGBTQ+ themed apparel, accessories, and art from independent creators. We celebrate pride, identity, and self-expression through high-quality, meaningful designs.
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your product and size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days domestically and 10–20 business days internationally. Express options are available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. The free shipping progress bar in your cart shows how close you are to qualifying.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into your account to view order status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, production may have already started. Contact us at hello@shinewpride.com as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
