We want you to love every ShineWpride purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked at time of purchase)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@shinewpride.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item within 30 days. Contact us with your order details and preferred replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
